Behind the camera.

As much as I love Baltimore, I’m always excited to venture out of the Beltway to explore the world. When I don’t have a camera in my hand, you can find me hiking, camping, climbing, kayaking, cooking, gardening, gaming, and of course editing your shoot. I don’t like shaved coconut (it’s a texture thing) or black licorice. I’m generally a terrible trivia partner, but if the topic is Lord of the Rings…let’s just say I got this. My parrot Gandy (short for Gandalf) will back me up on that statement.

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Fine Arts from Goucher College, before moving on to work for Lifetouch Inc. Over the last eight years, I’ve photographed a wide variety of family sizes, age groups, and personalities. My promotions elevated me to a Senior Lead Trainer, where I was responsible for teaching studio photography for new hires and experienced employees. I’m proud to say that my work has placed in photo contests, winning awards and recognition in the company.

I love my work because it’s about letting people open up and be vulnerable in front of the camera. Any of my past clients will tell you that I spend just as much time talking and asking questions as taking pictures during a session. I want to learn about you so I can create images that tell your story - no matter what it is!
